Why Couples Choose a Rustic Wedding Venue Near Spokane, Washington

One of the most rewarding parts of owning W10 Wedding Venue has been getting to know the couples and families who celebrate with us. Over the years, we’ve noticed two common themes when couples begin planning their wedding.

First, they want the freedom to make their wedding their own. Second, they want to celebrate outdoors in a peaceful setting away from the congestion of the city.

Space to Create Your Own Wedding Story

At W10 Wedding Venue, couples appreciate the wide-open landscapes and flexibility our property offers. Every wedding is different, and we enjoy seeing how each couple transforms the venue to reflect their vision.

Our flexible layout allows couples to arrange tables, wine barrels, decor, tents, BBQs, and live-edge slab tables in unique ways. Some couples choose one of our three wedding arbors, while others design and build their own. From handmade centerpieces to personalized décor, every wedding brings something different.

One wedding that stands out was a Marine sharpshooter who incorporated brass shell casings into his boutonniere and used deer antlers as table centerpieces. It was a perfect reflection of who they were as a couple.

A Beautiful Outdoor Setting

Many couples choose W10 because they want an outdoor wedding experience. The natural beauty of Stevens County provides a scenic backdrop with room for guests to relax and enjoy the day.

Our covered pavilion offers protection from unexpected weather while providing shade during warm summer afternoons. The rural setting also creates opportunities that are difficult to find in more urban venues.

Brides have been escorted to the ceremony in everything from classic muscle cars and antique trucks to motorcycles. The flexibility of our property allows couples to create memorable entrances and experiences for their guests.

A Venue That Adapts to Your Vision

One of the advantages of hosting weddings on a working ranch property is flexibility. Whether couples want cattle in the background of their photos or prefer a different setting, we can often accommodate their preferences.

As we’ve spent more time in the wedding industry, we’ve realized that one of W10’s greatest strengths is its ability to adapt to each couple’s unique vision.

A Relaxed Wedding Weekend Experience

Many couples choose to bring their decorating team on Friday to begin setting up before the wedding. Often, friends and family spend an hour or two preparing the venue before gathering for a rehearsal and enjoying time together.

Some families bring pizza, some host a casual potluck, and others plan a formal rehearsal dinner. Whatever the style, we enjoy seeing families make the venue their own.

A Private Bridal Suite

Our bridal suite apartment is located approximately 100 yards from the pavilion, providing privacy and a quiet place for the bridal party to prepare before the ceremony.

The 600-square-foot apartment includes:

  • Private bridal preparation area

  • Full bathroom

  • Kitchen

  • Washer and dryer

  • Comfortable gathering space for the bridal party

The separation from the main venue helps create a calm and enjoyable atmosphere before guests arrive.

Experience the Charm of Stevens County

The rustic and rural character of W10 Wedding Venue continues to attract couples from Spokane, Eastern Washington, and North Idaho who are looking for a beautiful outdoor wedding venue with room to make the day their own.

We would love the opportunity to show you around the property and learn more about your wedding plans.
